PREPARING YOUR EXCHANGE PERIOD Application procedures for students coming by means of a bilateral agreement.
- Nomination: The student´s home Faculty/Department has to provide us officially with the details of their nominated students (Name, post address, e-mail and period of exchange).
The deadlines to receive information on selected students are:13 June (1st semester/ September-February) 14 November (2nd semester/ February-June)
- Letter of acceptance: We will email a letter of acceptance to each student, supplying pre-arrival information.
- Learning agreement. We will be glad to receive by post/fax the signed/stamped learning agreement of each student.
Spanish language courses. There are intensive courses lasting around 3 weeks throughout the whole academic year.
