PREPARING YOUR EXCHANGE PERIOD Application procedures for students coming by means of a bilateral agreement.

• Nomination: The student´s home Faculty/Department has to provide us officially with the details of their nominated students (Name, post address, e-mail and period of exchange).

APPLICATIONS

15 February -15 June (1st semester/ September-February)

2 September -5 November (2nd semester/ February-June)

• Letter of acceptance: We will email a letter of acceptance to each student, supplying pre-arrival information.
• Learning agreement. We will be glad to receive by post/fax the signed/stamped learning  agreement of each student.
• Spanish language courses. There are intensive courses lasting around 3 weeks throughout the whole academic year.
